Who's Linh?
I build products for domains such as Banking, Healthcare and CRM SaaS. Before moving back to HCMC in 2023, I studied and worked at a design agency in Japan for more than 5 years.
I'm excited at how things and people work. Over the years, my curiosity has turned me into a trilingual (or try?), made me do some weird handmade gifts for friends, and brought me to the world of product design.
During the design process, my curiosity helped me to find solutions to benefit users while keeping in mind objectives that drive business growth.
My north star
I do whatever it takes to get something done
“Learn, make, iterate” and keep repeating that circle is my design process. What I don’t know, I learn quick enough to be able to deliver.
I speak the language of stakeholders I talk to
With a background in Marketing and experiences of working with people from 10+ countries in Japan, I have a knack for dealing with cross functional stakeholders regardless of diverse backgrounds.
I take my work seriously, but not myself
I am curious and never shy from asking questions and admitting mistakes. I don’t aim to be the best designer, but would rather be a designer who people loves to work.
